If you are currently a Chef de Cuisine in a high volume and top quality venue which has Turkish and / or Mediterranean cuisine at its core then you may be interested in these positions. Key criteria for the two vacancies are that you are Turkish or EU citizen, that you have a proven track record of improving guest and employee satisfaction as well as improving food quality and profitability.
